New Minor Moderators

Hello angel members,

Nitbug and ChocolateMan got promoved to Angel Minor Moderators!
For now, Nibug will moderate Downloads forum and problably Other Games, later.
ChocolateMan will moderate TF2 Challenge forum at now, he recomended me to do it. Soon, he will do a tournament. Later, he will moderate all TF2 forum, if he has sucess Tongue

Your work is moderate the forums (lol):
- Off Topic!

will be used by them if you are posting out of topic or forum Tongue
