How many days of exercise do you in a week?

Exercising is very important to keep us healthy, i'd like to know how many do you do
I know that doing it everyday it's almost imposible, so i just added that to keep poll complete

So, give us your opinion about sport and what sport do you practise.

Well, i have physical education monday and thursday, monday and wendsday i have judo (marcial arts, **** yeah, green belt (5 out 7)) at friday i almost every week play football one hour, and saturday i go out for running, for a bike walk or just doing some exercise.

I used to play rugby twice a week but I don't go anymore. I have the same gym classes as rafa but because of my operation I shoudn't go for a while so i'm getting pretty lazy

I mean,he should have posted how much he does when he isn´t sick/bad.

well in that way i think he does what? 3-4 days i guess

Badminton,football,basketball,I run 1 hour each week and I go out with my friends each friday.
